The Sales Strategy & Operations Sales Force Optimization Associate will report to the Sales Strategy & Operations Sales Force Optimization Team Leader and will work with a team to provide critical capabilities for the Company's sales forces across the affiliates in International Business Unit (IBU). The IBU includes all geographies outside the United States and Canada. These capabilities may include sales force sizing, sales force structure, territory alignment design and maintenance, field call planning support, and customer targeting.

Key accountabilities will include the following :

- Collate information regarding the field force size, structure, performance, etc. for purposes of analysis

- Conduct analysis of the data and cascade the overall sales target to the sales associate level

- Work with the HR and Sales teams to set annual targets for the field force and provide inputs to optimize the field force effectiveness

- Create models such as the customer behavior profile to support the Sales team to enhance performance and track performance of the field force against plans

- Conduct Analysis on effectiveness of field force incentives and help create the incentive plan for field force

- Use data and reports to develop, optimize and implement strategies to improve sales team performance

- Develop approaches to territory design and alignment, e.g. Structure size and deployment

- Ensure compliance with company policies and any applicable state/federal/local country marketing and promotion laws and regulations

- BTech/ MBA with 4-6 years of experience in sales management

- Knowledge of data analytics tools (BI, Tableau), data systems (salesforce.com) and MS Office

- Should understand incentive models for sales force

- Strong learning agility

- Strong analytical mindset

- Excellent communication (written & verbal)

- Prioritization skills

- Strong attention to detail

- High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations

- Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning

- Experience in business analysis
