Associate - Robotics Process Automation

Responsibilities :

- Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.

- Translate business needs into system scope and objectives and develop or modify procedures to solve problems using AI automation tools and technologies.

- Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs

- Well-verse on the different functional and non-functional tests

- Provide technical design, coding assistance to the team to accomplish the project deliverables as planned/scoped.

- Perform Research and Development on newest technical components and make recommendations.

- Develop automation processes and configures them as per client's requirements.

- Adhere to high design and coding standards, policies and procedures.

- Willing to learn and getting certified in relevant RPA Technologies

Qualification :

- 4+ years of Hands-on experience in any of the programming languages like C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Scala, VB Scripts, JS etc.

- Solid in computer science and software engineering skills

- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

- Should be well versed with Data Structures & algorithms, Multithreading and optimization techniques

- Desired Knowledge of complete Technical architecture for RPA projects

- Min 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with two or more of the market leading RPA platforms / framework such as Blue Prism, Activiti, UIPath, Optaplanner, AIML, Automation Anywhere, Workfusion, IntelliBot etc.

- Has worked on Artificial intelligence linked technologies and components.

- Excellent communication.

- BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice To have (added advantage):

- Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation.

- RPA Developer Accreditation and/or Solution Designer Accreditation.
