SolveCube is working with global consulting firms, mid and large enterprises across Asia Pacific and Middle East to fulfill their talent needs for permanent, short-term, part-time, interim and turnkey assignments.

Currently, one of our clients, a top global Consulting firm in Singapore is looking for Rewards Consulting Professionals on contract for 6 months to work remotely.

The Role:

- Partnering with clients to solve complex issues related to business strategy, organisation and people;

- Building your domain expertise on but not limited to Rewards, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, business transformation, project management, etc;

- Being part of a truly regionally and globally-connected team, working on projects in different markets, and learning from Industry and Subject-Matter experts;

- Working closely with a tight-knit team that is genuinely committed to drive excellence and development of clients and colleagues;

The Requirements:

- Between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in adding value to client business results

- Background in strategic problem solving, business and financial acumen

- Flexible with a proven track record of delivering in fast paced and demanding environments

- Proven ability to apply depth of knowledge for outstanding project delivery with tight deadlines

- Ability to innovate and apply experiences to support business development initiatives

- Polished oral and written communication skills; confident managing client relationships and presenting to mid / senior leadership

- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic institution /programme
