Designation : Retail Store Associate

Location : The St. Regis Maldives

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and goals.

- Monitoring and Managing entire profit and loss of the store.

- Sales Promotion, Visual Merchandising in store.

- Value addition in inventory management.

- Maintenance of clientele relations during and after delivery of goods to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to generate repeat and referral business.

- Stock Reconciliation.

- Market surveys and competitive Analysis of competition brands.

- End to End Store management.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Candidates must be from luxury retail background.

- Must have excellent command over English language along with a pleasing personality.
