Associate - Regional Support - Global Risk - Operational Risk - Investment Banking

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collation and analysis of a range of operational risk information (including RCSAs, KRIs, internal and external loss events), consolidating and developing this information into Aggregated Risk Profiles, Operational Risk Committee, Cross Border Risk Committee and Risk Management Committees reports and others as required

- Production of scorecards to measure Operational Risk performance and engagement in business areas.

- Monitoring and following up on closure of Operational Risk actions

- Testing of Op Risk system

- MI creation for Op risk Framework related work streams and ad hoc tasks

Key Skills:

- Have 1 - 2 years- experience in operational risk management, or related functions in financial services institutions

- Overall 3-4 years- work experience in financials, or reporting related roles

- Have excellent communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Possess excellent prioritization and organization skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to short deadlines

- Have strong attention to detail and produce accurate reporting with value added analysis

- Possess financial services knowledge and experience, ideally in capital markets / investment banking

- Be a self-starter and display a proactive approach

- Knowledge of tools such as Business Objects or Power BI is an advantage.
