As an Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions with our client. Your goal will be to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions.
Role : ( not limiting to ) :
- Research into clients company their competitors and market place
- Define job description and document specifications
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Create a candidate persona for each open position
- Prepare candidates at every critical stage
- Occasionally Present detailed candidate profile summaries on prompt basis
- Build long-term client relationships
- Develop a sustainable candidate engagement strategy
Must have :
- Good interpersonal & Team Player
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Critical thinker and problem-solving attitude

Leadership Qualities :
- Understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software / ATS
- Advise clients on best recruiting practices
