- Managing a team of recruitment executives and reporting to an AVP - Handling the entire recruitment life-cycle of mid-level and senior positions including sourcing, shortlisting, pitching, communicating, coordinating, scheduling and negotiating - Understanding business hiring needs, drafting and implementing a strategy to achieve those goals - Identifying, engaging and creating a database of high-quality prospects by utilizing social media and job portals effectively - Supervising the recruitment process executed by the team - Interviewing and assessing prospective candidates during initial screening - Negotiating, giving offers and closing positions with the candidates - Continuously developing and improving the recruitment process - Monitoring and constantly reviewing recruitment costs - Setting social media communication strategies for different job profiles - Implementing a talent acquisition strategy and operations plan in line with business priorities - Working towards ensuring that all talent acquisition and staffing metrics are met along with other team goals - Building and maintaining vendor relationships (consultants, job portal representatives, etc.) - Staying abreast with market best practices and implement relevant tools/ processes Skills Required : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to meet deadlines - Effective time management and multi-tasking skills - Good interpersonal skills and managerial skills - Good negotiation skills Qualification and Experience Required : - Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in HR preferred - 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience across multiple positions/industries Compensation :&nbsp;Commensurate with industry standards Job Location :&nbsp;Pune
