Associate - Recruitment - Banking Captive/KPO

Our client is a US based Investment Management organisation with presence across the globe.

- Handle a Team and report to Head-Recruitment

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment portfolio for Mumbai center and play a key role in an ongoing transformation of global organization.

- Detailed responsibilities will include working with managers and division heads in understanding the business needs, prioritizing open positions, and developing and executing recruitment strategies.

- Selected individual will be responsible for maturing the current technology/operations recruitment team and coaching team members on identifying qualified candidates for technology roles, conducting candidate interviews, scheduling onsite interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers.

- For senior level positions, they will be expected to be very hands on in actively attracting and recruiting top talent.

Desired Profile :

- 8+ years of experience performing full life-cycle recruitment in hiring for technology/operations roles

- Domain experience of working for Banking Captive/KPO organisations highly preferred

- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred

- Ideal candidate comes from a corporate recruiting position with a fast growth company

- Candidates should be knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques, familiar with working with resume management database systems, and skilled at conducting in-depth technical screens

- The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills

- Ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques

- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
