Associate - Real Estate Vertical - Investment Bank

Role is with an Investment banking firm having a PE fund also. Incumbent shall be involved in complete deal life cycle of IB along with Portfolio management in PE fund

Responsibilities :

- Assist in origination and execution of deals for investment banking practice

- Preparation of financial models, teasers and information memorandum for deals

- Preparation of portfolio pitch-books and presentations for investor communication

- Monitoring performance of existing assets and assist in asset exits

- Research/analysis of micro-market supply/demand, infrastructure development, current prices and competing projects of prospective investments

- Annual valuation of fund portfolio and performance reporting to investors of the fund

- Role shall also manage their own Assets. This has invested in real estate projects. incumbent shall also be part of Asset management for same.

Candidate's profile :

- MBA from reputed B School or CA

- 3+ years of exp

- Good modeling exp.

- Exp. in complete deal cycle from origination to closure

- Pref exp. in real estate or infra or energy deals
