We are having a job opening for the post of Associate - Real Estate - Investment Management.  Following is the Job Discription :-  - Responsible for making investments in various commercial & residential real estate assets on behalf of company.  - Evaluation of Projects for Investments - Analyze the business plan sent by Real estate development & management firms involving scrutiny of financial statements, budgets, market study to review their underlying assumptions and validate the feasibility of the project.  - Build financial models for valuation of office, residential, retail properties and preparing credit/investment memorandum for large real estate investments, assessing the risk and return involved in the transactions.  - Prepare reports and analyze third party reports to understand the trends in market rent, vacancy, demand-supply of inventory and investment scenario in various markets.  - Establish new relations and leverage on existing relationships with the developers, brokers in the markets under consideration to identify projects with the objective to generate return on investments.  Skills, Knowledge & Qualification :-  Graduation - From any field  Experience of working with the Real Estate fund in Investment Management Group  Experience range – 4 – 8 yrs
