Associate - Quantitative Strategy - Bank

We have an opening with one of our clients in Mumbai which is one of the leading bank globally.

We are looking out to hire Associate - Quant Strategy

The individual's responsibilities include taking ownership of the following:

- Assisting in the development of new systematic investment strategies and in the Model Portfolio Platform

- Developing innovative structures and solutions around competitor analysis

Benchmarking

Back-testing strategies and portfolios

Modelling

Necessary Skill sets required are :

The candidate is likely to have between 3 to 6 years of experience in the finance industry and a strong academic background (MsC or Ph.D.) in an area related to mathematical finance, strong software development skill, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a business environment.

- Exceptional analytical skills, interpersonal skills and a strong team player.

- Strong programming skills in R and VBA

- Good knowledge of Databases

- Strong ability to communicate concisely orally and in writing.

- Strong ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks simultaneously.
