Associate Project Manager - Qualitative Research - KPO

Position Overview

Looking for a seasoned professional for independently managing qualitative research projects. The person should be responsible for managing end to end execution of various types of projects, which may include thought leadership research, pricing intelligence, segmentation research, customer loyalty assessment, pricing research and brand assessment, just to name a few.

This is a highly involved hands-on role which requires balancing multiple goals - such as ensuring client satisfaction, building relationship with clients, ensuring project execution as per budget and timelines, coordinating with various internal functions and external vendors.

Major Responsibilities

- Hands on exp with conducting and managing qualitative research project

- Strong project management and team management skills. Hands-on ability to execute projects

- Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with global clients (past exposure to US clients desirable)

- Strong understanding of qualitative research approaches

- Strong knowledge of different market research methodologies/survey techniques

- Basic understanding of power point presentation, excel and word

- Experience of handling projects which are both recruitment only as well as end-to-end.

Key skills & Professional experience required

- Expertise in primary research techniques and methodologies

- Strong written and verbal communication skills fit for engaging and leading discussion with senior international client research teams

- Open for Rotational shifts

- Familiarity with market research techniques various analytical frameworks

- Well-read and up to date about industry developments

- Prior experience of leading a team of research associates of 1 year is a must

- Ability to multi-task in a high pace and deadline driven environment with round the clock availability to address client needs.
