7+ years of experience in delivering Strategic Insights engagements across industries, focussed on the US and European markets
- Solid experience of leading project-based engagements and delivering findings to senior client stakeholders
- Exposure of managing profitability of accounts, and driving revenue growth through Account Farming and Business Development support
- Proficiency in leveraging more than one methodology for data collection is a must - Desk Research, Quantitative Primary Research, Qualitative Primary Research, Social Media Analytics and Syndicated Data Analysis
- Build analytical plans on accounts, and secure buy-in from client and internal stakeholders
- Lead / participate in telephonic or in-person hypothesis gathering sessions, and moderate client discussions
- Lead a team to conduct research as per standard industry protocols using multiple methodologies
- Guide multiple project teams to cull-out insights and recommendations for the client, and help present project outcomes in client conversations
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise and gravitas in business areas (such as CPG, Retail and Technology) to help add validity and relevance to findings from an engagement
- Ensure high levels of productivity and quality in the managed engagements
