Associate - Project Finance Transactions

Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Finance.

The candidate will be part of project finance team and will be responsible for all the project finance activities.

The person will be involved involved in several project finance transactions.

Advise both the borrowers and the lenders in connection with legal and regulatory framework governing the transaction, due diligence, drafting, and negotiation and vetting of loan and security documentation, including ECBs, inter-creditor issues, complex security structures and general corporate issues.
