Associate - Project Finance - Renewable Energy

- Assist in all stages of transaction including but not limited to preparation of Project Information Memorandum (PIM), Teasers & Project Reports for discussions with Banks & Financial Institutions (FIs), preparation of Financial Model, loan applications, appraisals, documentation etc.

- Manage and Develop relationship with lenders for organization's fund based/non-fund-based based requirements and discuss the TOR's with the potential lenders

- Ability to answer queries raised by lenders or its consultants with regards to company/project along with coordinating with internal teams as required.

- Liason across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of financing related documents and complying with pre and post disbursement conditions.

- Develop & improve internal processes to streamline routine activities

- Mentor/Educate junior team and impart knowledge about the sector and the nuances related to financing.

- Working on arranging credit rating of different projects.

Qualifications & Exposure:

- 2- 6 years of relevant debt/project finance experience in dealing with lenders/clients.

- Experience in conducting due diligence across all aspects of transaction lifecycle including stakeholders negotiations, managing consultants etc.

- Relevant experience in the renewable energy.

- Strong Financial modelling skills.

- Master's Degree/ CA/CFA would be an asset.

- Ability to work with cross functional units while handling tasks independently
