Associate - Project Finance - Big4

Qualification: B.Com, BBA or equivalent graduate degree in commerce or finance. CFA (USA) level-2 cleared candidates.

Experience: Project Finance/ Structured debt team of a bank/institution/investment bank/advisory firms/corporates.

Role Brief :

- The Job will involve detailed industry research, analysis of audited financials, preparation of information memorandum, financial model and presentations for various M&A, fund raising or financial advisory transactions.

- Support transaction team during lifecycle of transaction and take full ownership of external and internal documentation, compliance and MIS

Competencies:

- Strong Financial Modelling, presentation and written skills using MS Office.

- Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities under minimum supervision.
