Associate Program Manager

Skills/Requirements:

- Graduate/ Post graduate in Business, HR etc or have relevant experience

- Good communication and inter-personal skills

- 2-3 years' experience in managing critical, fast paced projects

- Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy. Much like a consulting approach.

- Rigorous follow-ups across stakeholders and update the management on the projects

Responsibilities:

- Dedicated PMO to work on different initiatives.

- Delivering strong financial and operational results.

- Experienced in a broad set of industries with especially on consumer tech, and digital.

- Take complete charge of the high impact projects.

- Formulating and implementing strategies while closely working with the Management and intervene, suggest, support wherever required.

- Drive and Lead Business Strategies.

- Involved in program management, funnel improvement and maintenance.
