Position : Associate Product - C&IF

Location: Delhi

CTC: Upto 15LPA

- Responsible for facilitating business team to achieve budgeted targets by supporting case structuring & memo approvals.

- Responsible to participation of Business events & engagement for tapping business opportunities.

- Responsible for PDD management & Portfolio Performance matrix.

- Responsible for Identification & implementation for process improvements.

- Responsible for organizing & driving learning and Development activities with reference product /process & Policy.

- Maintaining and Reporting of Daily and Monthly MIS and Dashboard

- Responsible for Pan India implementation of product-based strategies

- Coordinating within the Team and across Departments for Data Compilation and information gathering

- Conduct regular Product health check and identify the drivers and draggers for smooth and sustained Business growth.

- Support business development teams as they promote Simplify to key targets

- Develop and drive Contests for the Sales Team and Manage Incentive computation process

- Insurance Pay-out Processing

- Coordinating for preparation of Budgets and Plan, tracking the same as against the actuals and explanation of the variances

- Identify and monitor key performance indicators

- Coordinating and arranging for Business Events and Training for team.
