Looking for an APM for a SaaS startup in Gurgaon that provides digital products/services for restaurants to run better.  Requirements:   Must be from a Tier 1 college and preferably, 1+ year(s) of experience.  We're looking for someone who can work with a team, help a tech startup scale, enjoys a steep learning curve and is confident in taking ownership of products, now or in the future. Also, our ideal candidate is data driven and very smart and strategic in decision making.   Responsibilities:   This person will be working closely with the Product team on the following:   - Align product vision and strategy as per business goals and translate product strategy in detailed documents and wireframes  - Take over-all responsibility of success of the product by keeping track of product usage metrics and churn   - Consistent engagement with our global customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with our design and engineering teams.  - Collaborate with sales, account management and customer support teams for understanding customer pain points, discuss new ideas and give visibility on what is being built.   - Demonstrate product plan with new features, enhancements and time-lines to all stakeholders   - Keep track of developments in global F&B industry   When you apply, do let us know through brief examples/situations of how you fulfil the above criteria.
