LOCATION : Gurgaon

Associate Product Manager / Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Ownership of customer-facing features and enhanced customer experience

2. Ability to understand consumer behavior, identify market gaps/needs and define feature based solutions on the app

3. Strength in simplifying user flows to deliver a great user experience.

4. Data driven analytical mindset with focus on optimization funnels and RoI.

5. Ability to ship the product by interfacing with Engineering/Tech - unblock dependencies and constantly communicate to stakeholders.

6. Post-shipping of the product, measure impact on key business health, user engagement and product performance metrics. Rinse and repeat.

7. Product experience with respect to growth/engagement/monetization etc. is a plus.

Basic Qualifications : 

- Strong hands-on analytical abilities in breaking down complex problems and deep diving into any problem.

- Ability to ideate and define a solution for each problem.

- Must be well-versed in digital technology.

- Preferably from a Tier 1 B-school with an engineering background.

- Start up experience in a product firm

- Experience in working in a mobile app environment preferred
