About the Company :

Based out of New Delhi, India, the Company is a venture backed Fintech in the consumer loan space. The business is funded by marquee investors from financial services sector based out of India, Singapore and USA. The core team has graduate degrees from top universities globally such as Upenn, Columbia, IIT, London Business School, etc. The management team has 40+ years of cumulative experience in finance with firms such as Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Policybazaar, Kabbage, and Lehman.The Founder of the Company was a private equity and VC investor with firms such as General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs and Everstone and was based in India and New York. The founder holds an MBA from Wharton.

We are looking to hire 2-3 Associate Product Managers. Please find below the job description and eligibility criteria :

Job Description :

The successful candidate will work directly with the Senior Product Management team and will be responsible for:

- Executing and scaling new product developments.

- Improving operational efficiencies by automating processes.

- Innovating ways to broaden product's target base.

- Monitoring KPIs, unit economics, and other business metrics.

- Coordinating with other teams/departments and ensuring timelines are adhered to.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 1 year of experience.

- Self-driven attitude with high sense of ownership.

- Have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

- Have the willingness to take initiative, and sheer ability to hustle to get things done.

- Passionate about building revolutionary financial products and scaling them.

- Highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills.

- A strong team player who can bring the best out of team members.

- Analytical thought process.

- May or may not have a tech background.
