About Company : Our client is a series C funded, a consumer fintech startup, offering new-age banking solutions to the users. We are looking for Associate Product Managers (APMs) to help us build a next-gen neo-banking experience for India. An APM role is also a stepping stone to a future Product Manager role in the organisation, so applicants looking for a career path in product management are welcome. An ideal candidate would have at least some experience in Product Management, User Experience, Market Research or Customer insights. Having some entrepreneurship experience will be a plus. Key Responsibilities : 1. Work with teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build delightful, outstanding products. 2. Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including research, competitive analysis, planning, requirements development, and product launch. 3. Track product adoption, funnel conversions, A/B tests etc and optimise them to achieve business and product objectives. 4. Be the first point of contact to assess product-related issues reported by users. Assess severity and priority to the issue. Provide workaround (wherever available) to the stakeholders. Skills : 1. Fantastic problem-solving abilities, analytical horsepower, attention to detail, and a willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective 2. Good written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions and functional deep dives with engineering 3. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, get excited about finding solutions to complex problems, and then execute on them. 4. Primary and secondary market/user research (interviews, surveys, data-driven insights) 5. Ability to analyze and synthesize data, including basic knowledge of SQL 6. Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of product, technology and business 7. Ability to learn and apply new frameworks and models in product development 8. Ability to work both alone and as part of a team Experience : 1. Past internship and full-time experience in product management, specifically in credit card segment 2. Experience with user research and market research 3. Entrepreneurship experience would be a plus Prerequisite : 1. Tier-1 educational institution
