Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new hyperpersonalized beauty and personal care products. Ensure seamless integration of AI technologies for skin tests, hair tests, and ARguided virtual try-on experiences.

2. Data Analysis: o Utilize advanced data analytics to interpret customer preferences and optimize product recommendations. o Leverage AI-generated insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of our personalized product offerings.

3. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute ideas for innovative solutions. o Work towards enhancing our AI foundation finder and other personalized beautytech features.

4. Problem Solving: o Proactively identify challenges in the hyper-personalization process and propose effective solutions. o Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and improve the accuracy and efficiency of our AI-driven features.

5. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards in hyperpersonalized product development. Conduct regular assessments to maintain the quality and reliability of AI-driven beauty and personal care solutions.

6. User Flow: Coming up with the easiest flow for the users for their JTBD. Making an intuitive wireframe for the users to navigate through the platform.

Requirements:
