Associate Product Manager

Position Summary:

As an APM, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our product suite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for learning, prior experience in product management preferably in digital media or AdTech industry and a profound understanding of user-centric problem-solving.

What you will do?

- Collaborate closely with the product management team to understand the vision, goals, and requirements for enhancing our product suite.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

- Assist in defining product roadmap and feature prioritization based on market insights, user feedback, and business objectives.

- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Drive the execution of product initiatives, including feature development, testing, and release management, while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product line continuously.

- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to digital advertising to inform product strategy and decision-making.

- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the user

- Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.

- Facilitate and support product backlog management

Who we are looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital media or AdTech industry

- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to take on new challenges.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

- Flexible, smart, reliable and most of all, willing to learn
