Associate Product Manager

Here's what you'll do:

- Make a super detailed plan for projects, meticulously outlining tasks, timelines, and task assignations

- Be the bridge between tech and business teams, ensuring everyone knows what to do and when. Keep your finger on the pulse of project progress

- Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholder and efficiently document PRD and User stories along with feature document.

- Help leverage design task at your end.

- Foster open communication between teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and accomplishments.

- Participate in product and UAT internally and along with stakeholders

What we're looking for:

- B.Tech/relevant field

- 1-3 years of experience with successfully managing product life cycle

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements

- Hands on analytics will be add on.
