The 'Product & Design" team at Auzmor works on challenging global problems. In one line, we are are problem solvers.

We work with almost all departments in the company to ensure the right product is shipped. We are a design-obsessed bunch and it is the key differentiator in our products. Our design philosophy is to bring consumer-grade user experiences (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc) and aesthetics to business(B2B) products.

Auzmor designers focus on end-user experience, business objectives, and aesthetics. Our current focus is to design for engagement and so gamification, social & mobile are going to take the front seat.

Good product teams deliver more value to customers by shipping them in iterations than by perfecting them. We are on the lookout for Product Managers who understand SaaS product development and can deliver without instruction.

What are we looking for?

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify the right problems to solve and draw a clear product vision

- Deep understanding of customers, technology, and competition, to then synthesize into product strategy

- Develop and define product roadmaps

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans

- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

- Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases

- Define and Measure Key Product Metrics to track the health of the business, user engagement, and product performance.

- Communicate development status and document progress towards milestones

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment, where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

- Market Landscaping & Competitive Analysis

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 1-3 yrs APM, 3+ yrs PM

- Education doesn't matter

- Entrepreneurial Orientation

- Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills

- Empathetic towards customers and stakeholders to understand the problems in depth

- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web / mobile applications.

- Drives outcomes over features

- Creative to find simple solutions to hard problems
