Role :

Candidate will be responsible for Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements, Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly which would enable to build a portfolio of Real Estate. Work with Principal and Investment team, maintain deal pipeline, track real estate deals etc.

Responsibilities :

- Analysis and preliminary evaluation of deals

- Investment Analysis, (Financial Modeling) Market Intelligence, Research Support and Internal documentation.

- Evaluate investment opportunities in the Real Estate Fund and understanding of Real Estate Business.

- Creating and maintaining financial models and assist in reporting to internal and external stakeholders

- Maximize return in each deal through the analysis of deal effectively and identifying opportunities for improved performance

- Preparing Investment Memos and deal analysis dockets

- Portfolio Monitoring

- Develop and track metrics to measure portfolio performance and assist in reporting to internal and external stakeholders

- Investment Analysis, (Financial Modeling) & Evaluate Investment opportunities in the Real Estate Fund
