Associate - Private Equity - Real Estate

Associate - PE backed Real Estate Firm - CA / MBA

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the acquisition analysis and due diligence of accommodation/housing transactions throughout India.

Duties:

- Conducting, compiling, and summarizing market research and trends

- Creating financial models and sensitivity analysis

- Assist in performing due diligence on investments

- Legal documentation review and support

- Producing investment materials for investment committee meetings and Board meetings

Qualifications:

- MBA Finance or CA

- With a background in Corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or NBFC, candidates should have experience executing transactions

- Highly motivated and driven to succeed

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling

- Expert level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Open to travel
