Role: Investor Relations & Fund Raising

The firm is looking for an Associate to join its investor relations team based in Bangalore. This IR team is highly active and plays an integral part in maintaining relationships with sophisticated institutional investors as well as significantly contributing to fundraising efforts. You will work closely with the head of the team who has an extensive and successful background in investor relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working directly with the head of investor relations and fundraising and assisting with all aspects of the fundraising process

- Support strategy development for new funds. Identify key differentiating features and determine how best to articulate to investors

- Prepare fund raising materials including pitch books, PPM, Q&As, presentations, etc.

- Generate fund raising leads and research potential new investors

- Providing content for quarterly updates and market reports

- Processing ongoing investor queries and ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner

- Assisting with the production of high quality fundraising materials using your product knowledge

- Involvement in investor due diligence and with the project management of fundraising processes

YOUR PROFILE:

- Related experience in fundraising for private equity or venture capital

- Comfortable working with high level decision makers (CEOs, Fund Managers, Chief Investment Officers, Family Principals)

- Experience of working with small teams

- Fluency in English is a must
