About Our Client

Our client is a global Private Equity fund with over $25bn of assets under management. They have a diverse range of funds which make investments all over the world. In continuing with their commitment to India, our client is looking to expand their analyst team.

Job Description

- You will be responsible for sourcing, execution and monitoring of investments made by the fund. There will be a significant amount of financial modeling involving analysis of company financial statements and due diligence of assets. You will prepare information memorandums and memos about growing businesses that are potential investment targets. You will also work closely with the portfolio companies to understand the operational aspect of the businesses.

The Successful Applicant

- You will have an MBA from IIM or ISB and graduated in 2010 and 2011. You will have between 2-4 years of total work experience with a bulge bracket Investment

- Bank or a top Management Consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain & Company and BCG). You will have outstanding academic credentials, a track record of leadership and be a go-getter. You will have had significant leadership experience.
