Role: Associate Location: Delhi Education / experience: Candidates from top tier institutions with MBA and 3 - 5 years experience in private equity / consulting / investment Role Description :&nbsp; - Investment analysis: research (both primary / secondary), financial analysis, modeling and valuation - Preparing presentations, investment proposals and related - Analysis and monitoring of investee company performance, preparation of reports &amp; marketing material. - Working with portfolio companies on developing MIS / performance dashboards, identifying growth areas, assisting them in implementing strategic initiatives, etc - Interaction with existing and potential investors Required skill sets :&nbsp; - Strong capabilities in financial analysis and business modeling is a must. - Business valuation, ratio analysis, scenario building, etc. - Preparation of presentations, investment memos, presentations etc. based on analysis - Ability to set up and handle meetings with senior industry people - This is an independent role and will require the ability to multi-task, high levels of self motivation and the ability to work with a diverse set of people both within and outside the firm.
