Associate - Private Equity

One of the leading sector agnostic Private equity client of HRD India Consulting is looking for an analyst/associate to handle end-to-end transactions from evaluation, due diligence, to deal closure, portfolio management.

- An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with a Private Equity/PE or Investment Bank in investment deal analysis, deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, closure of transactions.

- Must have experience of handling deal end-to-end independently.

- Must be an MBA from top B school
