Associate Principal - Data Engineering Architect

Technology

- Knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is required Candidate should also have a strong working experience in Azure stack - primarily data factory and data bricks Review business requests for data and data usage, analysis requirements, researches data sources and create requirements documentation Coordinates new data development ensuring consistency and integration with existing warehouse structure

- Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, and T-SQL or similar is optional but preferred

- Prior experience in planning systems and exposure to ERP tools is preferred

- Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data is needed

- Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key

- Strong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration / training skills are necessary

- Candidate is expected to have good communication skills and should be proactive

- Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones and at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy is key




- Act as a single point of contact for the client for all technical and functional discussions. 




Minimum Qualifications 10+ years experience as a Solution Architect, data architecture and governance, Business Analyst, Data Analyst (I or II), Business Consultant, Business Specialist or related field Masters Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics or related fields is required
