About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as we transition from startup to scale-up, capitalizing on our exceptional product/market fit. We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Lead to drive growth by taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. As an articulate presenter and strategic planner, you'll engage with C-suite executives and strategic planners, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver on sales quotas.
- Engage with CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, and senior executives in customer meetings.
- Negotiate commercials with both customers and insurers.
- Independently generate, manage, and forecast a sales pipeline.
- Proactively source new leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within insurance broking.
- Proven track record of successfully selling GMC to enterprise customers.
- Highly ambitious with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
