Portfolio Operating Associate - VC fund

One of the client of HRD India Consulting, a VC fund is looking for a person to manage one of the portfolios in chemical/biotech/pharma space.

This role will lead the strategy & operations of portfolio along with the promoters of portfolio & VC partners/principals. Will have following responsibilities:

- Build & implement strategies in portfolios along with promoters & PE principals for better growth of the co.

- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and report back to Fund Partners

- Help in company operations keeping in mind the future value creation of the company

- Suggest changes in process, new strategies etc. for improvements

Required Candidate's profile:

MBA from a reputed B school

4 yrs + exp.(including post & pre MBA)

Must have exp. of working with a PE/VC in the portfolio management / operating role

Must have good strategic & process mindset

Must have the ability to review and improve processes
