Associate - Portfolio Management - Private Equity Fund

Associate Portfolio Management (Private Equity Fund)

Incumbent shall be part of portfolio management for the Fund. Will work closely with portfolios to understand their business model in detail, assess their performance on regular basis, Value them and assist them in areas needed

High level Responsibilities shall be :

- Portfolio Business Model Review & understanding for regular performance Evaluation

- Be part of portfolio budgeting exercise and do variances analysis of budgeted v/s actual

- Presenting portfolio performance to management and board on regular basis

- Portfolio Company Valuation on periodic basis

- Take portfolio Advisory and consulting wherever one feel the fund intervention is needed by engaging relevant team from fund

Candidate Profile :

- Looking for a person who have 3-6 years of experience post article ship.

- Prefer someone who has reasonable experience within the transaction advisory teams of Big4s
