- Leading the transaction advisory practice.

- Managing various cross border transactions for several venture capital funds.

- Involvement in a transaction from the term-sheet stage, advising on structuring (both primary and secondary), and leading the deal to closure.

- Involved actively in the business development and client relations - preparing business proposals, participating in and conducting client meetings.

- Extensive due diligence docket comprising a due-diligence checklist, compliance manual, standard requisition lists and template due diligence report.
