Big4 - Associate Partner - US GAAP Audit - Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA - 15+ years exp

One of our BIG4 client is looking for an Associate Partner - US GAAP experience - CA/CPA/ACCA qualified - should have 15+ years of experience - Currently should be serving as a director.

Location: Bangalore.

Position: Associate Partner - Global practice

Education and experience:

- Qualified / CA / CPA/ ACCA

- Minimum of 15+ years' of post qualification experience

Technical:

- Proven strong and extensive experience in external audit service delivery

- Strong domain knowledge of US Audit & Assurance

- Proven experience in the development and implementation of strategic growth plans

- Prior exposure to US GAAP and US GAAS

- Prior exposure to budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting, both financial and non-financial metrics

- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach

Leadership:

- Proven experience in managing and leading teams

- Ability to strategize and communicate effectively with partners, clients and other stakeholders

- Stakeholder management and ability to influence in a global context

- Demonstrate expertise and augment the brand through thought leadership

- Ability to develop a team and coach them to build future leaders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, associates, managers and leadership
