Required Expertise
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in Sales and Delivery for Captives
- Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver consulting services engagements.
- Proven deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda
- Proven negotiation skills and opportunity management experience
- Proven ability to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations
- Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through new technology and digital
- Experience on selling to clients in either Consumer Goods / Retail or Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry.
What you'll do -
- You will be responsible for Go to Market initiatives across Distribution focused industries within the Captives business unit
- You will manage set of Clients for Sales and Delivery
- You will work with the service lines across Client to do value based selling and grow the footprint
- You will act as the SPOC for your clients in Distribution focused industries for future business and relationship management
- You will identify and drive white space growth for Distribution focused captives
- You will manage CXO relations at your clients.
