Associate Partner - BFSI

- Independent client dealing including all stakeholders involved in the transaction.

- Drafting & negotiations of the transaction documents with in a ability to understand the complex transaction.

- Experience in handling and dealing the finances transaction for term loans and working capital loans for PSU's/ financial institution and banks.

- Solutions oriented in accordance with the laws and prevailing market standards practices.

- Knowledge of latest regulatory norms including recent judgements.

- Diligent in conducting corporate due diligence as well as project diligence.

- Well versed in providing opinion related to enforceability financing documents and pre-commitments & pre-disbursement conditions.

- Deeper understanding and ability to advice on stamp duty related aspects.

- Should have experience in coordinating with foreign legal counsel ( if any ) involved in the financial transaction.

- Should have potential and capacity to build and retain the cilents.
