Associate Operations

- There is an urgent opening with a Leading Internet Marketing MNC at Bangalore.

- The company having headquartered in Bangalore, has its operations in China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Spain & Netherlands, either directly or through strategic partnerships, and are aggressively expanding into more markets.

For this positions of Associate Operations, the company is looking at someone who has experience in,

1. Campaign launch and optimization activities

2. Identify issues, structure business problems & hypotheses, conduct analysis and develop rec-ommendations

3. Peer work review and ensuring strict QC standards are met in own projects

4. Managing campaigns in a way that set revenue and margin targets are achieved

5. Multi-functional team interfacing to resolve campaign related issues

6. Contributing to product development activities in the company

Qualifications required are

1. 1-2 years of post MBA experience, preferably in marketing, analytics, consulting, online advertising.

2. Has appreciation of technology and its ability to create value in the marketing domain

3. Has proven written and verbal communication skills

4. Able to structure basic written communications

5. Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to set and meet commitments

6. Works to foster positive work environment

7. Able to analyze large volumes of data and come up with deep insights
