Job Profile :

AM operation - Expansion is primarily responsible for launching new regions. The role requires one to do market research, start new locations for operations, and stabilize these locations and handover the location to regional manager before taking up another region. This would entail getting new supply partners onboard, hiring local teams, setting up processes and commencing full-fledged operation within defined timeliness. It also includes managing stakeholders- expectations both from customer and supply side of the platform while maintaining the service levels and profitability in a scalable manner.

The role would entail extensive travel.

- Complete ownership of the state/cities: Responsible for launching the city, handling and monitoring day to day operations in an assigned group of cities/state till its handover.

- Ownership of the region's service levels, profitability, customer and supply partners- satisfaction, team management and growth for the first month.

- Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, core operations and finance functions

- Leading recruiting and building area specific ground operations team to ensure smooth ground level operations

- Training and equipping the operations team to conduct their day to day tasks; Train and guide ground operations team towards easy and quick technology adoption

- See himself/herself growing in the organization while launching more number of cities

Requisite Qualification and experience :

- Under-graduate or post-graduate degree from premier educational institutions such as IITs, NITs and BITs Pilani with 1-3 years of team leading experience in either operations or sales.

- A core multi-tasker at heart who can excel under ambiguous circumstances

- An emphatic team leader with excellent communication and written skills
