Offshore Financial Planning and Analysis Associate

- 4+years of Financial Planning & Analysis or Accounting Experience

- Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing

- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

Manual Data Input:

- Accurately input financial data into spreadsheets and financial software

- Ensure data integrity and completeness by cross-referencing multiple sources.

Financial Model Quality Assurance:

- Review financial models to identify errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.

- Verify calculations, assumptions, and data sources to maintain model accuracy.

Basic Financial Planning:

- Assist in creating and maintaining basic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Collaborate with the financial planning team to support strategic decision-making.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities or risks.

- Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings to the team.

Documentation:

- Maintain detailed documentation of financial data sources, methodologies, and assumptions.

- Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards.

Communication:

- Collaborate with onshore teams to gather data and provide updates on project progress.

- Communicate any issues or discrepancies discovered during quality assurance reviews.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position based offshore in India, and the candidate will work closely with US-based teams located in different time zones.
