We are fine with Audit Person as well who is from Big four

- The Transaction Services (TS) team helps corporate and private equity clients identify risks in M&A transactions, so they can make informed strategic decisions. From deal negotiations, to capturing synergies during integration, we help clients gain value and deliver it to stakeholders.

Qualification:

- CA, CS, LLB

- Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

- Conducting due diligence on targets

- Advising clients on tax-efficient restructuring

- Day to day strategy and planning

- Client Relationship Management

- Interaction with government authorities

- MIS Management

- People Management

Essential Skills:

- Thorough technical knowledge on M&A practices, Tax and Corporate Law

- M&A/ Tax/ Corporate Finance/ legal firm having restructuring practice experience from a Big 4 will be an added advantage

- Basic excel, presentation and report writing skills

- Client handling

- Ability to learn
