Associate Manager - Trading - Agri Procurement

Purpose of Job

Achieve the Procurement / Trading Target of the State through creation of Action Plans, Interfacing with Internal / External Organisation, analyzing performance & providing feedback, capability building of Staff & extended Organisation, error free Reports and documentation. Market intelligence / research, procurement, warehouse, logistics etc., executing the trading plan and customer relationship management.

Personal profiling

- 2+ years of experience in Trading and Sourcind desk in reputed Agri procurement company.

- Strong knowledge of local traders and good relationship with government platforms.

- Highly self motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent Computer skills.

Education Qualification : MBA in Agri Business from (IIM, XLRI, IRMA,MANAGE,XIMB,SIIB,NIAM,NARM,Pant Nagar,NIPM etc)
