Associate/Manager - Sustainability - Automobiles/Telecom

- Diligent communication & coordination across various functions for executing sustainability projects, towards achieving sustainable targets of the organization.

- Support and ensure the implementation of all facilities sustainability initiative to achieve the set KPIs.

- Monthly monitoring of the targets.

- Regular update on completion & identify and explore new initiatives, conduct feasibility study.

- Support in coordination across organization for ESG Data collection and Compilation to support

- Sustainability report & Engage with consultants for report assurance.

- Support in Participation in Global & National Sustainability Program/Indices.

- Support in implementation of Scope 3 reduction strategies with external stakeholders.

- Reinforce and strengthen the sustainability culture at every opportunity in operations and projects

- Has deep passion for sustainability

- Experience in sustainability

- A versatile self-starter that can quickly learn and work independently

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills

- Proven research and analytical skills and problem solving ability

- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

- Superior time management skills and highly organized

- Careful attention to detail

- Ability to successfully manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

- Ability to work well in a virtual team environment
