Job Description :

The Salesforce.com developer will configure and customize the Sales Cloud and other functional solutions offered on the Force.com platform in addition to the design and construction of custom, internal solutions for extending the value of our Salesforce applications.

Using the Force.com platform and developer tool kit (i.e. Apex, Visual force, Force.com IDE and Web Services & Metadata APIs), this developer resource will build salesforce.com extensions and develop new native products on the force.com platform.

The SFDC Developer will also provide second line support for SFDC related user issues, so must acquire a comfortable depth of knowledge of how the system is used and operated.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Primary responsibility for SF solution design including preparation and analysis of solution object models and mapping of solutions to standard and/or custom SF objects.

- Responsible for designing and implementing integration architectures for data and process integration with other non- SF systems.

- Hand- on development of solutions built on then SFDC platform using Apex and Visual Force.

- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development.

- SFDC production support.

- Ongoing project based development and enhancements.

CRITERIA :

- 5-6 years of experience with Salesforce.com

Major Skills :

- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, XML and SQL

- Salesforce.com Certifications (Dev-401, Dev-501) preferred, but not required

- Expert in solution design and system architecture.

- Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud such as Lead Management, Campaign Management, Content Management, Customer Service/Case Management, and Dashboard/Report development

- In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules

- In depth understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc.

- Experience with the Salesforce.com APEX data loader

- Experience with the Salesforce.com web services API

- Experience with deployments using Eclipse plugin and Change sets

- Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE

- Experience using Eclipse with Subversion source control preferred

- Experience with Salesforce mobile SDK for iOS preferred

- Experience with Eclipse with Subversion source control preferred

- BA in Computer Science or experience in related field is desired

- Work experience should include creating custom user interfaces with VisualForce, developing custom business logic in APEX (Triggers and Classes), writing test classes, and Candidates should possess excellent problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of Viva CRM System, Informatica / Jitterbit data loader, JQuery / ExtJS toolkits is preferred but not required.

Education :

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science from a reputed college
