Associate/Manager/Senior Manager - Fusion Finance Consultant

Job Title : Fusion Finance Consultant (Associates/Manager/Sr. Manager)

Job Summary :

- Our company is seeking an experienced Fusion Finance Consultant to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our clients in the implementation and use of Fusion Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CM.

- The consultant will also be responsible for providing solutions to problems that arise during the implementation process, as well as providing guidance to clients on how to maximize the benefits of Fusion Finance.

- This position requires strong accounting skills, minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients.

Responsibilities :

- Proficient in at least 3 modules of Fusion Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business processes, accounting policies and procedures, and financial reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with the project team and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions that meet the client's requirements.

- Provide technical expertise and support in the areas of accounting, financial management, and reporting.

- Perform functional testing of Fusion Finance modules to ensure that they are operating correctly.

- Provide training and support to end-users of Fusion Finance modules.

- Document business processes and provide knowledge transfer to the client's team members.

- Conduct regular status meetings with the client's project team to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns.

- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.

- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as needed.

Requirements :

- Experience range from 3 to 12 years

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA (Finance) or CA qualification preferred.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experience with Fusion Finance modules.

- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in at least 3 modules of Fusion Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as needed.
