Sales Incentive Analytics - Associate Manager

Shifts : UK (Till 10 PM)

Total Experience : 6+ years

Relevant exp in Sales Incentive Analytics : 3-4 years

Need to Have :

- Analytics experience of - 4 years with extensive involvement in delivery of descriptive analytics through interactive and insightful dashboards, MIS reporting and advanced usage of Microsoft excel through macros and/or VBA scripts

- Analytics experience must include work on conceptualizing analytics and driving insights and not just project / program management of analytics deals / projects

- Strong data management skills associated with handle large volumes of data. Experience in SQL, CRM and/or Oracle databases

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with the business to understand requirements and present back findings and recommendations by demonstrating the potential value to the organization

- Self starter. The ability to come up with solutions to loosely defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection over potentially large data sets

- Collaboration Skills to work across multiple stakeholders; business leaders, delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams

- Team management experience: Experience of leading a 4 - 10 member team, including their performance appraisal cycles

- Sales Incentive Analytics experience

- Reporting & dash boarding

Overall Purpose of Job :

- Developing insights and delivering client business impact in terms of optimizing sales operations and various other facets

- Industrialized and optimized delivery of dashboards. Continuous improvement in delivery of required MIS reporting

- Effective interaction with clients with an ability to understand underlying business needs and addressing the same

Responsibilities/Authorities :

- Lead delivery of analytical insights and relevant dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Perform Client-facing responsibilities

- Manage a team of analysts to deliver business impact to the client

- Inculcate a culture of continuous improvement in delivery process

- Discuss results/ideas with Accenture and its clients

- Come up with new ideas on analytics

Basic Qualifications :

- MBA/ Engineers/ Masters from Top Tier/Recognized Institutes

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

- Math / Stats background is a plus

- Work experience in sales operations analytics is a plus

- Strong Business acumen and ability to engage in Business discussions

- Good knowledge of advanced concepts in Microsoft excel such as macros and VBA
