Associate Manager - Routing Specialist & Sales

Functional Responsibilities : 

- Pull new customer report and create Sales and Delivery Fences for each customer in Geotab

- Manage Geofence Location Submissions in Sharepoint and update Geofences as needed

- Manage Time Window Tool updates and submissions for locations

- Utilize Tableau to identify Geofence/Time Window opportunities and address as needed

- Coordinate key findings and provide updates to Routing Intelligence Managers, FREs and Specialists

- Meet location and Routing Intelligence Center (RIC) productivity targets

- Handle customer and Internal employee interactions in a professional manner
